Is there a backup system in place?
Yes there is! Everything is saved on two memory cards at all times. Once your footage gets back to my office, everything is downloaded onto my editing system and backed up on the cloud. Once you get your material, I keep a copy on a backup drive.
What services do you offer?
Along with my wedding photography and videography services, I also offer photography, videography, and content creation services for engagement, family, social media, real estate, corporate, and any event that doesn't require a studio! Contact me for any questions you may have so we can work out what type of service is best for you!
What if it rains on the day of my shoot?
If it rains on the day of your shoot, we can move it to a new day. We will make the call 12 hours prior to your scheduled shoot time. If it rains on your scheduled day, I have the tools and the skills to make sure I can still capture your precious moments. We can always find a covered area or go to a backup location if we need to.
How much time should I allocate to for my posed and family photos?
It depends on the group size, but generally I would recommend you allocate an hour for your family and an hour for your wedding party and your photoshoot.
Do we need to provide meals on your wedding day?
It is up to you, but I will need to eat at some point if the shoot day is longer than 4 hours. If you would like to provide a meal, I can work through the meal and capture footage at your reception. If not, then I will have to step out for a break to get something to eat and will not be available during that time.
Can I bring my pets to my shoot?
Absolutely! I just ask you bring along someone who can help out with your pets while I capture footage they are not a part of.
What is the point of sneak peaks?
There are two important reasons for sneak peaks. First of all, you just got married, it's exciting, and I'd love to get you some images as quickly as possible. Secondly, it gives us the chance to talk about editing. I want you to love what I captured, so this gives us the opportunity to go back and forth with your sneak peaks until you are happy with the editing style. Once you are happy, I will edit your fully gallery.
How do you deliver my footage?
I will personally deliver or send you a USB flash drive containing all of your media. Images will be in JPEG and high resolution TIF files formats. Video will be in MP4. Everything is backed up on a backup drive so there is to fear of losing your precious memories.
Why are there different file options?
JPEG is best for easy sharing and the high resolution TIF files are too big to share online and are best for prints or albums.
Do you provide RAW images?
No, I never provide RAW images. When you purchase any of my packages, you are paying for edited images. I cannot provide the quality you expect with RAW images.
